I'll worry about all the steps, what fishes can live with others, what is the water doing, or what equipment do you actually need. That's why I'm here. We can do small tanks up to 150 or even larger if that's the request. Most spaces are suitable for the 40 to 75 gallon range which is actually more reasonable to install than people think. I only specialize in freshwater aquariums. Which are a lot more budget friendly. Building an aquarium is pretty quick itself (a week or two) curating and assembling everything needed. Then we will start adding life. Depending on the amount and type of fish desired it does take time to get the whole community of fishes into the system. This allows the water to acclimate and I can monitor water changes as the bio load increases. It usually goes quicker than expected and we're suddenly looking at a full thriving community of life. That's when we schedule a maintenance plan and just enjoy the beauty of life.

Kids always glow when they see a big glass box full of colorful fishes bright and cheerful, but let's be honest we all love it! If the goal is to mesmerize children we can create a mythical design, a pirate themed tank, even a silly farm. Sometimes a simple backdrop showcasing the brightest most active fish we can find schooling together is the perfect touch.
